    •    Thorough Exterior Paint Inspection: We carefully inspect your paintwork for any signs of damage, wear, or potential failure,               ensuring issues are caught early before they become major problems.

    •    Touch-Ups and Repairs: Any touch-ups or repairs, including fixing cracked caulking or fillers, are included to maintain the                 integrity and appearance of your home.

    •    Extended Warranty: When you enroll in our Annual Service Plan and remain subscribed for 7 years, your warranty extends               from 5 years to an impressive 7 years, offering additional protection and peace of mind.

2. Premium Package - $800 per year

    •    1 House Wash: Soft wash treatment for your home’s exterior.

    •    Exterior Window Cleaning: We clean the windows of your home, ensuring a streak-free shine.

    •    Exterior Paint Inspection: Detailed inspection of your home’s paintwork and exterior.

    •    Touch-Ups & Repairs: Fix any paint failure, cracked caulking, or fillers.

    •    Warranty Extension: Extends your warranty from 5 years to 7 years, provided subscription is held for the full 7 years.

3. Deluxe Package - $1,000 per year

    •    1 House Wash: Soft washing of your home’s exterior.

    •    Exterior Window Cleaning: Clean and restore the windows to their best condition.

    •    Gutter Cleaning: Clear out any debris from your gutters to prevent blockages.

    •    Exterior Paint Inspection: Thorough inspection of the paintwork and other exterior surfaces.

    •    Touch-Ups & Repairs: Comprehensive touch-up and repairs to paint, caulking, and fillers.

    •    Warranty Extension: Extends your warranty from 5 years to 7 years, provided subscription is held for the full 7 years.

4. Platinum Package - $1,600 per year

    •    2 House Washes: Two comprehensive soft wash treatments for your home’s exterior each year.

    •    Exterior Window Cleaning (2 Houses): Window cleaning for two homes (if applicable).

    •    Gutter Cleaning (2 Houses): Gutter cleaning for two homes (if applicable).

    •    Exterior Paint Inspection: A thorough inspection of your home’s exterior, including paintwork.

    •    Touch-Ups & Repairs: Touch-ups and repairs on all affected areas, including paint, caulking, and fillers.

    •    Warranty Extension: Extends your warranty from 5 years to 7 years, provided subscription is held for the full 7 years.
